Justin Felts, Co-founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO 

 

Justin, an Air Defense Army Veteran, has over 12 years working directly with Veterans to navigate the VA and other support systems, counseling, and suicide prevention. Justin has been active in such Veteran groups as the Veteran Community Response interfacing Veterans and civilians with the mission of wildfire fuel reduction, and the Spokane Veteran Court Forum, a program to help veterans navigate and remain on the good side of the legal system. Strategy games, such as the Civilization series have long been his favorites, and he enjoys DMing a session of D&D when he can.

Christopher Measel, Co-Founder, Secretary of the Board of Directors

Christopher, retired 20 year Commissioned Officer Field Artillery US Army Veteran, has over 10 years working with the Veteran Community in helping them with known critical issues through resources such as the VA, Montana Veterans Support Groups, and other community resources. Christopher has over 13 years’ experience involvement in non-profit organizations such as the Fraternal Order of Eagles, known for working with the Veteran Community while serving as past member of their Board of Trustees and Past President. 

 

Paul Pechin, Co-Founder, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors

 

Paul is an 8-year Army veteran with 2 tours in Baghdad as a gunsmith. Between a Masters in Business and professional certifications in Project Management his resume reads like the Who’s Who of the Seattle Area (Microsoft, Holland America, Amazon, Boeing, Alaska Airlines). He likes to connect veterans with recruiters and job opportunities, assisting with resume writing when needed. His favorite games are Pokemon (Team Magikarp!), Dwarf Fortress, and the Half-Life series.

 

 Amber Boudreau, Co-founder, CFO 

 

 Amber, the daughter of an Army Veteran, has always had a passion for helping Veterans. She has decades of experience in gaming, assisting veterans, and community building. She  minored in psychology and military history in college, and is also a fan of the Baldur’s Gate series.
